Challenge:

  • Our client, a PE-backed organization with more than $100 million in revenue and 1000 employees in a national footprint, needed an interim Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) with deep expertise and experience in leading a strategic HR function.

  • The company needed to meet aggressive growth targets but was struggling to get traction in an extremely competitive labor market.

Solution:

Results:

  • Time-to-fill was reduced by 75% by overhauling the entire talent acquisition process, installing the right management and recruiting staff, engaging hiring managers in multiple regional offices, creating a prioritized list of billable roles to drive recruiting priorities, and adding critical technology and workflows.
