Meet Our Leadership Team

Tom founded Top Line Growth Partners after leaving his career as a corporate executive in 2016. He currently serves as Top Line’s Founder & Chairman where he brings over 30 years of operating and consulting experience to clients and partners.  His current role at Top Line is externally focused on market development, business development, and executive level client advisory.   

Tom’s three decades of experience span multiple industries and functional domains to include sales, operations, HR, and organizational development on a global scale.  During his corporate career, he served in these capacities at Nalco Chemical, Capital One, Allianz, SNL Financial and S&P Global.

Tom holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Richmond. He also completed graduate level certification programs in Project Management at Villanova University and Executive Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University.  He earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2011 and the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification in 2013.

Tom works at Top Line’s headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.  In addition to being passionate about the success of Top Line and our clients, Tom enjoys fishing, sailing, and spending time with his family..
