Ashley serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Top Line Growth Partners, where she leads commercial strategy and works closely with clients through the firm’s Sales Consulting business line. With two decades of experience spanning technology, financial data services, digital media, and media/advertising, she helps organizations from early-stage startups to global enterprises accelerate growth, scale sales teams, and build cultures that win.

Ashley’s expertise includes go-to-market strategy, sales process design, and leadership development. She has led teams of 100+ sellers, launched multimillion-dollar business lines, and served as a trusted fractional CRO for companies navigating transformation. She brings deep experience supporting data-driven organizations and has recently led the integration of AI into modern sales processes—ensuring clients stay ahead in an evolving commercial landscape.

In addition to her client-facing work, Ashley drives innovation across Top Line’s sales and commercial leadership training curriculum, helping teams adopt practical, repeatable frameworks that fuel performance and growth.

Ashley is a proud Auburn University alum and a passionate AU football and basketball fan. She lives in Colorado with her husband, two teenagers, and their dog, Oscar. Outside of work, she supports veteran causes, career-mentorship programs, and lends her marketing skills to nonprofit organizations.
